How to use
- Twist the bottom of the pen to dispense a small amount of gel

- Prioritise the lower front teeth if advised or if these areas are sensitive
- Pull lips away from the teeth for 30 seconds to allow the gel to work
- Do not rinse after application
- Use as needed or as recommended by your dental professional
