The collection avoids retinal and exfoliating acids, making it a more suitable starting point for customers who do not want an intensive active regime. It can also provide a supportive routine during periods when the skin feels more reactive than usual.

• Medik8 Calmwise Soothing Cleanser – an ultra-gentle chlorophyll-infused foaming cleanser

Your morning regime

1. Pump Calmwise Soothing Cleanser into the palm and massage gently over a moistened face and neck.
2. Rinse with lukewarm water and gently pat the skin dry.
3. Apply a small amount of Calmwise Serum over the face and neck, concentrating on areas of visible redness or discomfort.
4. Follow with Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream if additional hydration is required.
5. Finish with 5 pumps of Advanced Day Ultimate Protect SPF50+ over the face and neck.
6. Reapply sunscreen when required, particularly after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

Your evening regime

1. Remove makeup and heavy sunscreen first where required, using a gentle method that does not involve rubbing the skin.
2. Cleanse with Calmwise Soothing Cleanser, rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
3. Apply Calmwise Serum over the face and neck.
4. Follow with Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream for everyday hydration or Advanced Night Restore when richer overnight nourishment is preferred.
5. Very dry skin may use Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream first and a small amount of Advanced Night Restore on top, provided this feels comfortable.

How to introduce the regime

1. Patch test each product at least 24 hours before first use.
2. Introduce one new product at a time where possible.
3. Begin with the cleanser and moisturiser before adding Calmwise Serum.
4. Use a small amount of each product and increase only if needed.
5. If the skin stings, burns or becomes more inflamed, stop the newest product and allow the skin to settle.
6. Avoid adding exfoliating acids, scrubs or retinal until the skin is comfortable.
