The Medik8 CSA Starter Collection has been curated by DNTL Wellness for customers who want to begin a straightforward Medik8 routine without introducing too many products at once.

Inspired by Medik8’s CSA approach, the collection uses vitamin C and sunscreen during the day, followed by vitamin A at night. Together, the products support everyday protection, visible radiance and gradual improvement in the appearance of fine lines, tone and texture.

Your Medik8 routine includes

• Medik8 Gentle Cleanse – a hydrating foaming cleanser for gentle daily cleansing
• Medik8 C-Tetra – a lightweight lipid-soluble vitamin C serum
• Medik8 Crystal Retinal 3 – an introductory-strength retinal night serum
• Medik8 Advanced Day Ultimate Protect SPF50+ – a high-protection daily moisturiser and sunscreen

This collection contains full-size products unless a different size is stated in the product options.

Your morning regime

1. Wet the face and neck with lukewarm water.
2. Dispense Gentle Cleanse into the palm and massage over a damp face and neck.
3. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat the skin dry.
4. Massage 4 drops of C-Tetra evenly across the face, neck and décolletage.
5. Allow the serum to absorb before applying sunscreen.
6. Finish with 5 pumps, approximately ¼ teaspoon, of Advanced Day Ultimate Protect SPF50+ over the face and neck.
7. Apply sunscreen before sun exposure and reapply when required, particularly after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

Your evening regime

1. Remove makeup and heavy sunscreen first where required.
2. Dispense Gentle Cleanse into the palm and massage over a damp face and neck.
3. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat the skin dry.
4. Once the skin is dry, apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal 3 evenly across the face and neck.
5. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and do not apply to the eyelids.
6. Allow Crystal Retinal to absorb, then follow with a separate moisturiser if additional hydration is required.

How to introduce Crystal Retinal

1. Use Crystal Retinal 3 twice a week for the first 2 weeks.
2. Use it every other evening for the following 2 weeks.
3. Progress towards nightly use only when the skin feels comfortable.
4. Reduce the frequency if dryness, sensitivity or irritation develops.
5. Use sunscreen every morning while using vitamin A skincare.

Pregnancy/breastfeeding/medical cautions

This collection contains Crystal Retinal, a vitamin A product. Do not use vitamin A skincare during pregnancy or while trying to conceive. Seek advice from your doctor or healthcare professional before use while breastfeeding.

Patch test each product at least 24 hours before first use. Avoid use on broken, inflamed or actively irritated skin. Do not combine Crystal Retinal with another retinol, retinal or prescription retinoid unless advised by a suitable healthcare or skincare professional.
