The Medik8 Hydration Collection has been curated by DNTL Wellness for customers whose skin feels dry, tight, dull or lacking in comfort. It combines gentle cleansing, multi-weight hyaluronic acid, daily moisturisation, overnight barrier support and high-factor sun protection.

The regime is designed to attract and retain moisture at different levels of the skin while supporting the natural barrier that helps prevent moisture loss. It can be used as a complete routine or as a hydration-focused foundation alongside other suitable Medik8 treatments.

Your morning regime

1. Dispense Gentle Cleanse into the palm and massage over a damp face and neck.
2. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat the skin dry.
3. Apply 6 drops of Hydr8 B5 Intense over the face and neck. For best results, apply while the skin is slightly damp.
4. Follow with Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream if your skin needs additional moisture and comfort.
5. Finish with 5 pumps of Advanced Day Ultimate Protect SPF50+ over the face and neck.
6. Reapply sunscreen when required, particularly after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

Your evening regime

1. Remove makeup and heavy sunscreen first where required.
2. Cleanse with Gentle Cleanse, rinse thoroughly and pat the skin dry.
3. Apply 6 drops of Hydr8 B5 Intense over the face and neck.
4. Follow with Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream for everyday hydration or Advanced Night Restore for richer overnight nourishment.
5. Very dry skin may use Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream first and a small amount of Advanced Night Restore on top, provided the combination feels comfortable.

How to layer the moisturisers

1. Use Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream as the lighter everyday moisturiser.
2. Use Advanced Night Restore in the evening when richer nourishment is preferred.
3. If using both at night, apply Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream first.
4. Allow it to absorb, then apply a small amount of Advanced Night Restore as the final step.
5. Reduce the amount or use only one moisturiser if the routine feels too rich for your skin.

This collection does not contain retinal or another vitamin A product. However, individual circumstances differ, so seek advice from your GP, midwife or healthcare professional before introducing new skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding if you have any concerns.

Patch test each product at least 24 hours before first use. Avoid applying products to broken, infected or actively inflamed skin, and discontinue use if significant irritation develops.
