Your morning regime

1. Massage Lipid-Balance Cleansing Oil over dry skin, add warm water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly.
2. Use Surface Radiance Cleanse as a second cleanse where required, then rinse and pat dry.
3. Apply Press & Glow using a reusable or cotton facial pad, avoiding the eye area.
4. Apply Liquid Peptides Advanced MP over the face and neck.
5. Apply 6 drops of Hydr8 B5 Intense over the face and neck.
6. Massage 6 drops of C-Tetra Luxe over the face, neck and décolletage.
7. Finish with 5 pumps of Advanced Day Ultimate Protect SPF50+ over the face and neck.
8. Reapply sunscreen when required, particularly after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

Your evening regime

1. Massage Lipid-Balance Cleansing Oil over dry skin to dissolve makeup and sunscreen.
2. Add warm water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Follow with Surface Radiance Cleanse as the second cleanse, then rinse and pat dry.
4. Apply Press & Glow if your skin comfortably tolerates evening exfoliation.
5. Apply Liquid Peptides Advanced MP over the face and neck.
6. Apply Hydr8 B5 Intense if additional hydration is needed.
7. Once the skin is fully dry, apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal 10 evenly across the face and neck.
8. Avoid the eyelids and direct contact with the eyes.
9. Finish with Advanced Night Restore, using the complimentary spatula if preferred.

How to introduce Crystal Retinal 10

1. Use Crystal Retinal 10 only if you already tolerate a lower retinal strength such as Crystal Retinal 6.
2. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks.
3. Use every other evening for the following 2 weeks.
4. Progress towards nightly use only when the skin feels comfortable.
5. Reduce the frequency if persistent dryness, sensitivity or irritation develops.
6. Use sunscreen every morning while using vitamin A skincare.

How to simplify the routine

• Use Press & Glow in the morning only if evening exfoliation feels too active
• Use Hydr8 B5 Intense morning and evening, or only when extra hydration is needed
• Use Surface Radiance Cleanse once daily if twice-daily exfoliating cleansing feels too much
• Keep Crystal Retinal 10 to selected evenings until comfortably tolerated

Pregnancy/breastfeeding/medical cautions

This collection contains Crystal Retinal, a vitamin A product. Do not use vitamin A skincare during pregnancy or while trying to conceive. Seek advice from your GP, midwife or healthcare professional before use while breastfeeding.

Patch test each product at least 24 hours before first use. Avoid applying products to broken, inflamed or actively irritated skin. Do not combine Crystal Retinal with another retinol, retinal or prescription retinoid unless advised by a suitable professional.
